Customize Shipbridge

You can customize several elements of the Shipbridge interface, including order information within the grid, filter options, and design elements. Navigate to Menu and select Customize Interface or use the shortcut Ctrl+I to open the dialog window.

Order Tabs

In Shipbridge, orders are categorized by status: Unshipped, Shipped, and Requires attention. These are also the names of the Main Grid Tabs where your orders are loaded and displayed. The first two tabs are always enabled, while the third requires at least one of the settings described here to be checked. You can personalize each of those tabs from the Customize Interface window.

All columns are enabled by default. However, you can hide certain ones if you don’t need them. In the Customize Interface panel, go to the Orders Tab, uncheck the column you want to hide, and then click OK.

The order in which you see the list of checkboxes corresponds to the order in which the columns appear in the main grid. To re-arrange them, click on the column name and press Move Up or Move Down.

While you have a column selected, you can also adjust its width. Alternatively, you can also achieve this outside of the Customize Interface window by dragging the corner of a column within the grid itself.

Click on the Reset button to re-check all available columns at once. This only applies to the tab you are currently viewing.

Below is the full list of order columns available in the three tabs:

Clicking on the Order ID number will open the Order Details page in Sellercloud, where you can manage and edit order details.

Shipping Services Tab

The Shipping Services Tab displays Shipping Carriers and Packaging Types.

All columns are preselected by default. Unselect a column to hide certain carriers and packaging types and click OK. You can adjust how shipping options display in the drop-down menus of the carrier and package type columns. Select a column and use the Move Up/ Move Down buttons.

Order Sources Tab

The Order Sources Tab shows all core-integrated Channels. By default, all order source boxes are enabled. To hide a source, uncheck the box and click OK. When unchecked, that channel will not be an available option in the Channel Filter dropdown.

GUI Tab

In the GUI tab, which stands for Graphical User Interface, you can manage interface elements such as font size, row height, grid color, and various other indicators. Below is a list of all the settings within the GUI Tab:
