Import Mapping Columns

Overview

While creating a mapping profile with the Import Mapping Tool, you can map Sellercloud’s standard information fields to different column headers of your choice. This allows you to import external data into Sellercloud without manually reformatting it. This article lists and describes all the available Import Mapping Columns.

When you access the Mapping Profile Details Page, there are three columns in the Column Mapping panel:

Sellercloud Column: The Sellercloud field to which you are mapping your column header.
Customer Column: The column headers from your template file.
Custom Value:
- If you want a static value to be imported to one of the fields (for example, the Order_Email should always be the same here), set the Customer Column to CUSTOM_VALUE_REQUIRED and then enter your static data into the Custom Value column.
- If you want a dynamic value to be imported to one of the fields, set the Customer Column to CUSTOM_VALUE_REQUIRED and then enter a placeholder into the Custom Value column. You can find some example placeholders in these articles: Email Placeholders and Word2PDF Invoices.

If you are using Custom Columns, they will appear at the bottom of the Column Mapping panel, below the native Sellercloud fields list.

Order Columns

Refer to the list below for Sellercloud’s most common order fields.

Order_Email - The customer’s email address.
Order_OrderSourceOrderID - The original order ID from the sales channel.
Order_TimeOfOrder - The order placement time.
Order_BillingFirstName - The first name of the payer.
Order_BillingLastName - The last name of the payer.
Order_BillingStreetLine1 - The first line of the billing address.
Order_BillingStreetLine2 - The second line of the billing address.
Order_BillingCity - The city of the billing address.
Order_BillingStateCode - The state code of the billing address.
Order_BillingPostalCode - The postal code of the billing address.
Order_BillingCountryCode - The country code of the billing address.
Order_BillingPhoneNumber - The phone number of the payer.
Order_ShippingFirstName - The shipping recipient’s first name.
Order_ShippingLastName - The shipping recipient’s last name.
Order_ShippingStreetLine1 - The first line of the shipping address.
Order_ShippingStreetLine2 - The second line of the shipping address.

Order_ShippingPhoneNumber - The shipping recipient’s phone number.
Order_Item_ProductName - The name of a product in an order.
Order_Item_ProductID - The unique identifier (SKU) of a product in an order.
Order_Item_SalePrice - The price at which a product was sold.
Order_Item_Qty - The quantity of a product in an order.
Order_Notes - The notes related to the order.
Order_ShippingTotal - The total cost of shipping.
Order_ShippingMethodRequested - The requested shipping method for an order.
Order_ShippingCarrier - The carrier responsible for shipping an order.
Order_Item_Tax - The tax associated with a specific item in an order.
Order_Tax - The total tax for an entire order.
Order_GiftMessage - The message for the recipient of a Gift Order. Note that this column will only change the order status if the first line item in the imported file has a message filled in. We recommend using the Order_Item_GiftMessage column instead.
Order_Item_ReferenceNumber - The reference number for a specific item in an order.
Order_Item_TransactionID - The unique identifier for a transaction involving a specific item in an order.
Order_Item_TotalPrice - The total price of a specific item in an order.
Payment_TransactionID - The unique identifier for a payment transaction.
Order_BillingCompanyName - The name of the billing company.
Order_ShippingCompanyName - The name of the shipping company.
Order_Item_GiftMessage - The gift message set by the customer, which marks the order as a Gift Order in Sellercloud.
From Order_SalesRepCommission1 to Order_SalesRepCommission3 - The commissions for sales representatives 1 to 3 associated with an order.
From Order_SalesRep1 to Order_SalesRep3 - The sales representatives associated with an order.
Order_CustomerServiceNotes - The notes related to customer service for an order.
Order_ShipDate - The date when an order is shipped.
Order_TrackingNumber - The tracking number for an order's shipment.
Order_Item_Discount - The discount applied to a specific item in an order.
Order_OrderSourceOrderID2 - The second order ID from the sales channel.
Order_Item_MerchantSKU - The ordered item’s Amazon Merchant SKU.
Marketing_Source - The channel through which the marketing was conducted.
Order_Currency - The currency in which the order is transacted.
Order_OrderLevelDiscountAmount - The total discount amount applied to the entire order.
Order_Commission - The commission associated with the order.
Order_ShipByDate - The date by which the order is scheduled to be shipped.
Order_TransctionFee - The fee associated with the order transaction.
Order_EstimatedDeliveryDate - The anticipated date of delivery for the order.
Order_PromiseDate - The promised delivery date for the order.
Order_Item_Note - The note related to an item in the order.
Order_ShippingDiscount - The discount applied to the shipping cost for the order.
Order_ShippingRequiresThirdParty - Indicates whether the order requires Third-Party Shipping.
Order_ShippingRequiresThirdPartyReference - The third-party account number to ship orders with.
Order_RushOrder - Indicates whether the order is a Rush Order.
Order_LockShippingMethod - Indicates whether the chosen shipping method for the order is locked.
Order_ShipFromWarehouse - Specifies the warehouse from which the order will be shipped.

Tracking Columns

Tracking_ShipDate - The date when the shipment was sent.
Tracking_OrderSourceOrderID - The unique order identifier from the original order source.
Tracking_TrackingNumber - The unique identifier assigned to track the shipment.
Tracking_ShippingCarrier - The carrier responsible for transporting the shipment.
Tracking_ShippingMethodName - The name of the shipping method used for the shipment.
Tracking_SellerCloudOrderID - The unique order identifier within Sellercloud.
Tracking_OrderSource - The source or channel from which the order originated.
Tracking_PONumber - The PО number associated with the shipment.
Tracking_ShippingCost - The cost incurred for shipping the shipment.
Tracking_CompanyID - The identifier for the company responsible for the shipment.
Tracking_WarehouseName - The name of the warehouse from which the shipment was dispatched.
Tracking_PackageHeight - The height of the shipped package, different than the Product's Height.
Tracking_PackageLength - The length of the shipped package, different than the Product Length.
Tracking_PackageWidth - The width of the shipped package, different than the Product Width.

Product_ProductID_Prefix - The prefix associated with the product's unique identifier.
Product_ProductID - The unique identifier for the product (Sellercloud SKU).
Product_PhysicalQty - The total available inventory of a product.
Product_VendorName - The name of the vendor associated with the product.
Product_ProductName - The product’s name.
Product_ShortDescription - The product’s short description.
Product_LongDescription - The product’s long description.
Product_BrandName - The brand name of the product.
Product_ManufacturerName - The name of the product’s manufacturer.
Product_ManufacturerSKU - The manufacturer's SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for the product.
Product_UPC - The Universal Product Code (UPC) associated with the product.
Product_SiteCost - The Product Cost, either on the last PO at the time it is received or based on the Average Cost.
Product_LastCost - The most recent amount you paid to buy the product.
Product_SitePrice - The default Product Price for all channels.
Product_ListPrice - The product’s Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or Strikethrough Price (STP).
Product_ProductTypeName - The Type of the product.
Product_ProductWeightOz - The weight of the product in ounces.
Product_ProductWeightLbs - The weight of the product in pounds.
Product_ShippingWeightOz - The weight of the product for shipping purposes in ounces.
Product_ShippingWeightLbs - The weight of the product for shipping purposes in pounds.
Product_GalleryImageURL - The URL to the gallery image of the product.
Product_DescriptionDefaultImageURL - The default image URL for the product description.
From Product_OtherImageURL1 to Product_OtherImageURL7 - The additional image URLs for the product (up to seven).
Product_MAPPrice - The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for the product.
Product_MAPPriceEnforce - Indicates whether the MAP price is enforced for the product.
Product_Width - The width of the product.
Product_Height - The height of the product.
Product_Length - The length of the product.
Product_ShippingWidth - The width of the product for shipping purposes.
Product_ShippingHeight - The height of the product for shipping purposes.
Product_ShippingLength - The length of the product for shipping purposes.
Product_StopLossPrice - The minimum price at which to sell a product when using an Amazon repricer.
Product_AmazonPrice - The product’s Amazon Price.
Product_LocationNotes - The notes related to the location of the product.

Product_ShadowOf - Indicates whether the product is a Shadow of another product.
From SearchTerms to SearchTerms5 - The keywords used by the Amazon search engine for lexical matching between an ASIN and a query.
VendorSKU - The Vendor SKU for the item.
VendorPrice - The price of the product as provided by a vendor.
Product_GTIN - The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) associated with the product.
Product_EAN - The European Article Number (EAN) associated with the product.
Product_Purchaser - The person or entity responsible for purchasing the product.
Product_WholeSalePrice - The wholesale price of the product.

Inventory Columns

Inventory_ProductID_Prefix - The prefix associated with the product's unique identifier.
Inventory_ProductID - The unique identifier for the product (Sellercloud SKU).
Inventory_VendorSKU - The Vendor SKU for the item.

Warehouse Inventory Columns

Warehouse_Inventory_ProductID - The unique identifier for the item (Sellercloud SKU).
Warehouse_Inventory_WarehouseName - The name of the warehouse where the item is stored.
Warehouse_Inventory_PhysicalInventoryQty - The item’s available inventory in a warehouse.
Warehouse_Inventory_InventoryDate - The date when the inventory count was recorded.
Warehouse_Inventory_LocationNotes - The notes about the location of the item within the warehouse.

Vendor_Product_Price - The price of the product on the last Purchase Order (PO) from the vendor.
Vendor_Product_Qty - The quantity of the product on the last PO from the vendor.
Vendor_Product_VendorSKU - The Vendor SKU for the product.
Vendor_Product_PurchaseMessage - The message related to purchasing the product from the vendor.
Vendor_Product_Notes - Additional notes or comments about the product from the vendor.
Vendor_Product_PricePerCase - The price per case for the product offered by the vendor on the last PO.
Vendor_Product_QtyPerCase - The quantity per case for the product on the last PO from the vendor.
