Amazon Restock Date

Amazon Restock Date

Overview

Amazon's Restock Date feature serves three purposes:

You can't send a restock date for in-stock items, Kit Items, or those that are Fulfilled By Amazon. The restock date is only sent for non-kit FBM items without available inventory. However, you can use a Custom Calculation as a workaround to send the restock date for kit items.

Prerequisites

To use this functionality, enable these Client Settings:

Set Restock Dates

Setting an Expected Delivery date on your POs updates the items’ On Order value, which is the quantity ordered from the vendor that has not yet been received in your warehouses. If an item’s On Order quantity is above zero, it will be sent to Amazon in the Inventory Update feed, with the restock date included.

You must mark POs as Approved for their items’ On Order quantities to be sent to Amazon. To automate this, go to Purchasing > PO Defaults and enable the setting Mark PO As Approved By Default.

You can also set the Amazon restock date manually, either individually per product or in bulk via file upload.
