# Custom Export

## Overview

In Sellercloud, the **Custom Export** tool lets you tailor the product information to your needs and choose the exact [Product Fields](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630831479366993454) or [Custom Columns](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630852553944422166) you wish to export, instead of using a predefined template.

Once you download the output file, you can input different values and import it back to [bulk update](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630834039903362072) your products as needed.

## Create Custom Export

You can export specific product information on an individual level and in bulk for multiple products.

### Individually

To export custom product information:

1. Go to the [Product Details Page](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630846719601169819).
2. **Action Menu** \> **Export Product (Catalog)**.

3. A pop-up window will appear > Select **Custom**.
4. Click **Next**.

5. In the pop-up window, customize your **export product catalog information**.
   1. Select from the available **Columns**. You can toggle on the **Advanced Columns** button.
   2. You can also load already existing custom templates.
   3. Select **Sort by** and **File Format**.
6. Click **Export**.

7. A [Queued Job](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630838476388116703) will be generated. Click on the link and download the output file, containing the requested product information.

### In Bulk

To export custom product information for multiple products:

1. Navigate to **Catalog** \> **Manage Catalog** \> Select your desired products.
2. Click the **Action Menu** \> **Export Product (Catalog)**.

3. A pop-up window will appear > Select **Custom**.
4. Click **Next**.
