# Tracking Report

## Overview

Sellercloud’s **Tracking Report** gives you insight into various shipping details, allowing you to track orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. While the [Shipping Report](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630865482960584296) focuses on cost and performance data, the **Tracking Report** provides detailed package-level data. It contains:

- **Order Information** - Order number and tracking number.
- **Shipping Information** - Carrier, shipping method, shipping cost, ship-to address, shipping date and time, and delivery date.
- **Package Information** - Width, height, length, and weight.

## Access and Customize the Report

To use the report:

1. Navigate to **Reports** > **Shipping** > **Tracking Report**.

2. Set up the **Default** and **Custom filters** to have the report show precisely what you need.

3. Click **Search**. Each filter you apply gets highlighted in green. If a filter is gray or not displayed at all, it’s not active.

4. To manage the columns in the report, click the [three dots icon](https://help.sellercloud.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/2026-02-25_18-43-49.png) on the top right and select **Customize Columns**. You can:
   
   1. Reorder columns by dragging them up or down in the list.
   2. Hide columns by clicking the **Trash** icons.
   3. Add columns by clicking **Add column**.

5. To sort the data differently, use the **Sort by** menu.

6. To save your filtering and sorting options, click **Save view**, type a **Name** and click **Save**.

7. To export the full report to a spreadsheet, click [Actions](https://help.sellercloud.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/2025-09-10_16-27-15.png) on the bottom right and select the desired export format - either **Excel**, **CSV**, or **PDF**. The spreadsheets contain all columns, including those hidden in the report.

## Filter and Column Definitions

The tables below outline the available filters and report column definitions.

### Default Filters

| **Company** | Include only orders from one or more [companies](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630838368529930257). |
| **Channel** | Include only orders from one or more sales [channels](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630870720735739402). |
| **Date Range** | Select one of the preset time range choices from **Yesterday** to **Last Year**. |
| **Date** | Enter the **Start** and **End** dates. For a single date, choose the same **Start** and **End** date. |
| **Date Type** | Select between **Ship** or **Order** to change how the **SHIP DATE** column works. <br>- If you select **Ship**, the column will show the date the packages were shipped.<br>  <br>- If you select **Order**, the column will show the date the order came in. |

### Custom Filters

| **Carrier** | Include/exclude orders fulfilled by a specific shipping carrier. |
| **Company Group** | Include only orders belonging to one or more [company groups](https://descartessystems.aha.io/pages/7630838282103460827). |
| **Include Orders in Real Time** | Select **Yes** to include orders from today, or **No** to only include orders from yesterday and older. |

### Report Data

| **Order ID** | The order’s unique identification number. |
| **Tracking Number** | The order's tracking number. |
| **Shipping Carrier** | The carrier of the shipping. |
| **Final Shipping Carrier** | The final carrier that delivered the shipment. |
| **Destination Address** | The order's delivery address. |
| **Shipping Method** | The specific shipping company's service. |
| **Shipping Cost** | Shows the cost of the shipment. |
| **Ship Date** | The date when the order came in or when the order was shipped, depending on the **Date Type** filter. |
| **Ship Time** | The order’s time of shipping. |
| **Delivery Date** | The delivery date. |
| **Width** | Width of the package/s. |
| **Height** | Height of the package/s. |
| **Length** | Length of the package/s. |
| **Weight** | Weight of the package/s.
