# How Do My Orders Get Fulfilled When Using a 3PL

Sellercloud is the central hub connecting your **3PLs** and your **sales channels**.

As orders come in, Sellercloud routes the orders to the various 3PLs in your warehouse network based on your “ **Order Rules**.”

Once orders have been fulfilled, we can **pull in tracking information** and **notify your sales channels** that your orders have shipped.
