Customization Options
Sellercloud provides extensive options for customization, allowing sellers to tailor the platform according to their requirements. Cin7 Omni, while also customizable, does not provide many of the customization options available to Sellercloud, such as custom inventory calculations, custom cost calculations, and the ability to add custom reports.
Listing Capabilities
Sellercloud’s centralized catalog enables you to list and manage your SKUs across all channels. Cin7 Omni does not currently allow users to manage all listings in one place, list the same product in multiple categories with mirror/shadow listings, or retrieve product info from multiple sources.
Integrations vs an All-in-One Solution
Cin7 Omni provides approximately 700 integrations, which is twice that of Sellercloud. However, Sellercloud provides more of the functionalities needed for running an ecommerce business, particularly regarding order, purchasing, and warehouse management, as well as reporting.
Complimentary Shipping Software
Sellercloud offers a complimentary shipping app—Shipbridge—which allows you to manage shipping and fulfillment processes, such as generating shipping labels and tracking orders. Cin7 Omni does not provide a free shipping solution or any of the shipping features offered by Sellercloud.
