Order Shipping Cost Import

When importing an order, if the Shipping Cost is not included in the Import Tracking Profile, it will not be updated. If the Shipping Cost has a value of 0 in the file, it will be set to $0 on the order.

Overstock Unpaid Orders

With the enhanced Overstock Company Settings, the option to import your Overstock Orders as Unpaid is now available.

Dropshipped Filter

The filter Dropshipped On has been added to the Manage Orders page, making order tracking even more straightforward and efficient.

eBay Order Refund

When issuing a refund for an eBay order, we will now check if an open Inquiry exists. If so, you will be directed to a new page to manage the inquiry.

Item-Level Discounts

Google Express RMA’s now supports item-level discounts from the order.

Amazon Services: Buy Shipping in Bulk

Buy shipping from Amazon can be done in bulk via the Action Menu on the Manage Orders page.

Amazon Orders Refund

When issuing a refund from an Amazon order with a connected RMA, the RMA will now be automatically set to Closed.

Order Saved Search

Sellercloud offers the ability to create a single Order Saved Search to be shared across multiple users.

Gift Icon

A gift icon will show when you Receive Payment for an order where the user has a gift card. Payment terms can now be edited on the Order Details.

Order Subtotal

A column for the Subtotal of an order (without tax, shipping, etc.) can be seen on the Manage Orders page.
