Link Order to a PO

When linking an order to a PO with case qty enabled, it will enable case qty on the order and update the ordered quantities based on the item’s case qty to keep it consistent with the PO.

We have now improved the order management process, where you can enable Case Qty per order. Note that when you enable Case Qty on an order with existing SKUs, it will properly convert the ordered qty based on case qty for the item.

Amazon Cancellation Requests

Automatic import of Amazon cancellation requests will put the order On Hold to prevent shipping pending the seller’s action. Requires column “Buyer Requested Cancel” to be enabled for the Order Report in Sellercentral.

Order Status Filter

We have renamed the option in the Order status filter from “All” to “All (except Void)” for clarity.

Not Okay to Ship Orders

Sellercloud now prevents shipping an order if it has been marked as Not Okay To Ship.

FBA Orders – P&L

On the P&L tab of FBA orders, you will see a link to a new page that displays the FBA return information when available.

eBay Order Cancellation Requests

We have added the action “Ignore Cancellation Request From Channel” for eBay orders in the case where the buyer has requested a cancellation. This will prevent the order from being marked as “On Hold” each time the cancellation request is imported.

Order Emails

We have added support for email placeholders #?FromName?# #?FromEmail?# when sending emails from orders.

Amazon Customer-initiated Replacement Orders

Amazon Customer-initiated Replacement Orders will now come in with a discount instead of a false payment record.

Inventory Dependent Kits

Inventory-Dependent Kit Components will be added to the RMA automatically if the kit parent SKU is imported in an RMA Import.
