The selected users will receive a notification for each order note as soon as it is created.

## [Sales Rep Username Placeholder](/content/updates/sales-rep-username-placeholder/index.html)

You can now use **#?SalesRepUsername?#** as a placeholder in [Word2PDF Invoices](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/word-2-pdf-invoices/index.html). This will print the sales rep username (email) set on the order.

## [Your Shipping Cost Column](/content/updates/your-shipping-cost-column/index.html)

You can now add **Your Shipping Cost** as a column in the [Manage Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/index.html) page from the **Customize Columns** menu. This column displays the **Final Shipping Fee** for each order.

The **Order Group** filter on the [Manage Orders Page](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/#Filter_Descriptions/index.html) now accepts multiple selections.

## [Packages Count Filter](/content/updates/packages-count-filter/index.html)

On the [Manage Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/#Filter_Descriptions/index.html) page, you can now search by the number of Shipping Packages. Select the **Packages Count** custom filter and input a range.

We have added **Weight** as an optional column to the [Manage Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/#Search_Results/index.html) page. You can add it to the grid via the **Customize Columns** menu.

We’ve introduced a new [Scheduled Task Type](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/scheduled-task-types/#Execute_Order_Rules/index.html) that lets you set specific times for executing [Order Rules](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/order-rule-engine/index.html). These rules will only apply to a selected list of orders determined by a [Saved Search](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/saved-searches/index.html).

## [Imported Shipping Cost Difference](/content/updates/imported-shipping-cost-difference/index.html)

We have added the [Imported Shipping Cost Difference](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/imported-shipping-cost-difference/index.html) page to our Delta interface. When you [import shipping costs](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/importing-shipping-costs-and-carrier-invoices/index.html) for your orders, the original values are completely overwritten. This tool provides a clear and structured view of data that may otherwise be challenging to track.

You can now filter your orders on the [Manage Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/#Search_Filters/index.html) page based on whether they have any documents attached.
