Manual Postage Refund Request now accepts a list of tracking numbers.

Authorized Payment Status Orders

A new setting has been added to prevent shipping orders with authorized payment status. This option can configured by going to Menu > Options > Scan and Ship and enabling the Prevent shipping authorized (unpaid) orders setting.

Default Proxy Credentials

We now support default proxy credentials.

We now have support for the Fairbanks USB scale.

CWA Packaging Type

When using Scan and Ship, if no dimensions are set, you will be prompted to select a CWA Packaging Type. To use this functionality: please enable the two settings (bolded below) that can be located by following the steps below:

Fully Shipped Orders Fields

The fields Signature Confirmation and Grand Total are now available in the Orders grid under the Fully Shipped tab.

Label Orientation Combo Box

A label orientation combo box has been added at the bottom of the UPS tab under Menu > Options > Carriers > UPS.
