Employee Time Table

We are happy to introduce the new Employee Time Table. This addition to the Skustack Lens Insights allows you to track the activity and productivity of each employee. Examples of activity tracked are Units Picked, Movements, and the employees’ start and stop times. You can even compare employee productivity and movements to have better insight into your workforce and your workflows.

Enhanced Picklist Features

We have added a new tab in Skustack Lens called Picklists. This is a useful dashboard where you can see all of your Picklists, all open ones or all closed ones, their status, and track their progress. There are two modes you can toggle between:

• Kiosk Mode – see Picklist Cards, displaying the Picklist ID, Name, Status, number of Picked Units and a bar, tracking the picking progress. Click on either picklist to be redirected to Details Mode. We have improved the design to make closed picklists appear grayed out and unclickable.
• Details Mode – here you can see more details for each Picklist. Toggle between Products and Orders for further information breakdown.

We have also improved the Lens General Search to include Picklist IDs. Click on the result to be redirected to that Picklist in the Skustack Admin Portal.

Data Aggregation Charts

We’re pleased to introduce a fully functioning Insights feature that includes various data aggregation charts. This feature allows you to gain valuable insights into your business operations. The data aggregation charts included in the feature are Movements, Units Picked, and Units Picked By Employee.

Serial Numbers

We now show results for Product Serial numbers. In cases where a SKU has more than 50 serials in it, we show the serials count and give a link to the portal for more information.

Order Item Serial Numbers

The General Search in Skustack Lens will now display the Order Item Serial Numbers in the results. If you are using Amazon Transparency codes, when receiving a PO in Skustack you will need to confirm the items have a transparency code to receive the item.

Auto Login

The latest feature of Skustack Lens allows you to automatically login into the web portal of Skustack. Every external link to the web portal (from SKUs, relevant search results, order IDs, etc.) will log you in to ensure a fluent experience while avoiding the hassle of manually typing your credentials.

Skustack App Switcher

There is now an available app switcher for jumping between supported Sellercloud apps.

Warehouse Page

There are now real-time statistics of bins, products, and unit availability. Followed by a list of features that also show in real-time bin movements.

SKU Filter

A quick SKU filter has been added for Products and Movements in Bin details. This supports multiple SKU entries.

Individual Bin Movement Types

You can now see bin movements by type.
