## Do not Send Item Cost to Shopify

By default, when you [Launch a new listing on Shopify](https://help.sellercloud.com/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-shopify-listings/) from Sellercloud, we include the value from the [Site Cost](https://help.sellercloud.com/omnichannel-ecommerce/product-costs/) field in the API call. However, we have added a new [Client Setting](https://help.sellercloud.com/omnichannel-ecommerce/catalog-client-settings/), which, when disabled, will exclude product cost information from being sent.
