Orderback: Login Restriction and Order Fees

We have added two new General Settings to Orderback:

• Limit login to wholesale customers only– when this setting is enabled, the Orderback Orders and Returns Portal will be available only to customers you have configured as Wholesale in Sellercloud.
• Shipping and Handling Fees– You can configure additional fees to automatically apply to each new order created in Orderback.
