We have added two new [General Settings](https://help.sellercloud.com/omnichannel-ecommerce/orderback-settings/) to Orderback:

- **Limit login to wholesale customers only**– when this setting is enabled, the Orderback **Orders and Returns Portal** will be available only to customers you have configured as **Wholesale** in  Sellercloud.
- **Shipping and Handling Fees**– You can configure additional fees to automatically apply to each new order created in Orderback.

## [PO Email Placeholders](/content/updates/po-email-placeholders/index.html)

We have added two new [Placeholders](https://help.sellercloud.com/omnichannel-ecommerce/email-placeholders/) for Purchase Order email templates: **#?ShippingInstructions?#** and **#?PaymentTermName?#.** They correspond to fields on the Purchase Order Details page, in the Shipping tab and Billing & Payments tab, respectively.

## [Orderback: Catalog Options](/content/updates/orderback-catalog-options/index.html)

We have added 4 new options to the [Orderback General Settings](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/orderback-settings/#New_Orders/index.html), which give you more flexibility in choosing how your catalog is presented to your customers when placing new orders:

- **Display out of stock items**– When enabled, customers will be able to see items that currently have no inventory in the Add Items panel when placing a new order.
- **Display ‘Backordered’ on out of stock items** – When enabled, customers will see an indication that they have purchased an item that is currently not available.
- **Allow purchase of out of stock items**– Enable to allow your customers to place backorders.
- **Display original price crossed out**– When enabled, customers that have wholesale prices for items will see the original product price with a strike-through.

Groupon is migrating all inventory updates from EDI to API on March 31, 2025. We have added support for this functionality to our [Groupon Account Integration](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/sell-on-groupon-goods-overview/index.html). We recommend updating your API credentials as soon as your server is updated to ensure optimal performance and accurate inventory levels.

You can now integrate your Sellercloud account with **Back Market Pro**. Contact our Support Team or your onboarding specialist to request the latest **BackMarketForBusiness WebsiteCartPlugin**. The new integration supports order download and tracking upload. ## [Bulk Update Label and Prep Owner](/content/updates/bulk-update-label-and-prep-owner/index.html)

We have added two new buttons on [Step 3: Prep Guidance](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/fba-inbound-shipment-wizard-prep-guidance-tab/#Actions/index.html) of the FBA Inbound Shipment creation wizard. You can now set the **Label Owner** and **Prep Owner** for all selected products in bulk.

## [Walmart DSV: Multiple Tracking Numbers](/content/updates/walmart-dsv-multiple-tracking-numbers/index.html)

We have adjusted the Tracking Export functionality for [Walmart Dropship (DSV) Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/walmart-dropship-orders/index.html). Going forward, if you ship an order with multiple packages, we will send all related tracking numbers to Walmart. The **Enable Order Fulfillment Upload** company setting must be enabled to export shipping information automatically.

## [Your Shipping Cost Filter](/content/updates/your-shipping-cost-filter/index.html)

You can now search for orders using the **Your Shipping Cost** filter in the [Manage Orders](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/manage-order-page/index.html) page. It filters by the value of the **Final Shipping Fee** field of your orders and has **From** and **To** operators, that allow you to enter a range.

## [Export Pack Group Products](/content/updates/export-pack-group-products/index.html)

We have updated the **Export** options in [Step 4: Boxing](/content/help/omnichannel-ecommerce/fba-inbound-shipment-wizard-4-boxing-tab/index.html) of the **FBA Inbound Shipment** wizard. You can now download a file that contains only the SKUs and quantities within the selected **Pack Group**, rather than the full list of products and their combined inventory.
